Mandy Liang
Mandy Yuan Liang is a Toronto-based illustrator from China, currently a third-year illustration student at Ocad University in Canada. She has been honing her skills in digital drawing and mixed media for the past several years.
Mandy was raised in China until 14 years-old, her work was deeply affected by the traditional Chinese culture and the trendy Japanese manga. She came to Toronto, Canada for school in 2015, learned about different kinds of subcultures for the first time and was strongly attracted to it. Since then Mandy focused on bringing those energetic vibes to her daily life. She blends the style into her artworks and combines it with her personal art style.
